For me it all started where I was born.. in Tokyo, Japan. My father worked in management and from a young age travel became the norm. 3 years in Germany, then 6 years in South Africa, 3 in Austria and then again 6 years in Germany. I can't remember a time when I wasn't jumping on a plane several times a year. I then flew across the pond to study engineering in Boston for 4 years (studying abroad in Israel for 6 months) and then after graduation spent a little time in Zambia to volunteer before then moving to London. Quite an adventure looking back…

I started working on myself many years ago. I hired one of the best performance coaches in the UK and he made me realize that anything was possible if I was willing to learn the rules of the game and then take massive aligned action towards my goals. He showed me that it wasn’t about taking some random action. It needs to be ALIGNED (for you personally) and FOCUSED on your goals

I’ve also coached with one of the best life coaches in Canada who taught me how to be present and powerful in my creative process. To be present and fully aware of my abilities. I bring this presence to every single coaching session. This is the most powerful way I can be with my clients. I listen deeply and I coach them powerfully by being totally present with them. I work with ambitious leaders and help them realise their ultimate potential.

I’ve spent a few thousand dollars and then more on the life coaches I hired over the years to become the best version of myself and to learn from the best. I’ve coached hundreds of clients. I’ve been reading over 50 books a year (for about as long as I can remember) on self-development, biographies, and other areas of interest. I am an avid podcast listener - The Tim Ferriss Show, Tom Bilyeu’s Impact Theory, Lewis Howe’s School of Greatness and Jay Shetty are up there for me as the gold standard.

I love learning and I love sharing the insights that I discover along the way with others. I’ve made a ton of mistakes, gotten myself back up, tried again, and done things better the next time. And I’ll continue to do so because I consider myself a constant work in progress - which is a mindset that serves me daily and makes me passionate about what’s to come in the future. Simon Sinek’s book the Infinite Game is phenomenal in explaining this continual growth mentality.

Over the years I’ve started seeing the results of “the work”, a term I use to represent the work we do on ourselves to grow and gain more awareness. I’ve seen tangible results in business, in my confidence levels, and in my dating life. And all these realizations got me excited to share this stuff with others. This is what I do today in my coaching. I find that life is worth living at the edge of your comfort zone. It's also scary as hell but the fun part is overcoming the fear and becoming that person who overcame the challenge. My coaching is integrity based. My word is the most important thing to me. When I say I will do something I put all my focus and energy towards it. For me this is the most powerful form of leadership. And so I coach my clients in the same way. To respect their word.

I love coaching!
